In February 2024, I had the amazing opportunity to travel to Tanzania as part of a photography workshop. Although the focus was on the wildlife of the country, we started our trip in Arusha. Our hotel had a troupe of monkeys living out back, and I decided to take a few pictures.
They spent the afternoon playing.
I made the mistake of getting just a bit too close to the group, and I was warned off by one of the bigger monkeys.
I didn’t have much time to take pictures, so these were really just quick pics without a lot of attention to framing, lighting, etc.
